FlexStone BCR

FlexStone BCR is a two-component flexible epoxy polyurethane adhesive without solvents, designed for bonding stone veneers, ceramic tiles, parquet and other cladding on all substrates. It creates a water-impermeable layer, functioning as both adhesive and waterproofing simultaneously. Suitable for interior and exterior use.

Substrate Compatibility

FlexStone BCR can be applied to virtually all construction substrates including cement-based screeds and plaster, prefabricated concrete, poured concrete, wood, metal, PVC, plaster, plasterboard, anhydrite, resin substrates, natural stone, and substrates susceptible to vibration.

Mixing Instructions

Combine the entire contents of the hardener (Component B) into Component A. Mix using a low-speed mixer at 500–600 rpm until a uniform colour is obtained. The product is immediately ready for use after mixing. Use within 1 hour.

Important:
Use Component A only in combination with Component B. For partial use, maintain the correct ratio of A-15:B-1. Incorrect proportions may prevent the product from hardening.

Surface Preparation

Follow standard construction practice. Clean the substrate and remove all loose elements, traces of oil, grease, old paint coatings and any other elements that may hinder proper adhesion. Ensure the substrate is not damp as a result of seepage.

R2TS2 Classification

FlexStone BCR is one of the few stone veneer adhesives classified as R2TS2:

• R — Reactive resins
• 2 — High-performance
• T — Non-flowing from vertical surfaces
• S2 — Highly deformable

In addition to excellent adhesive properties, FlexStone BCR creates a water-impermeable layer, meaning the adhesive functions as both bonding mortar and waterproofing membrane simultaneously.
