Adhesives and Installation
The adhesives we supply for installing natural stone veneer and natural stone. FlexStone B-CR is the primary adhesive for all of our stone veneer products. The OttoColl M550 Hitack cartridges come in black and grey, to suit the stone being fixed.

FlexStone B-CR
Two-component epoxy polyurethane adhesive
A two-component flexible adhesive without solvents, made for bonding stone veneer, and also parquet, ceramic and other coverings, on difficult substrates that are prone to movement, such as wood and metal. It can be used on practically any substrate, inside and outside. As well as its adhesive properties, FlexStone B-CR creates a water-impermeable layer, so it works as an adhesive mortar and a waterproofing layer at the same time.
- Classified R2TS2: reactive resins (R), high performance (2), non-flowing from vertical surfaces (T), highly deformable (S2).
- Solvent free. For interior and exterior use.
- Substrates: cement-based screeds and plaster, prefabricated concrete, poured concrete, wood, metal, PVC, plaster, plasterboard, anhydrite, resin substrates, natural stone, and substrates susceptible to vibration.
- Consumption: variable from 1.0 to 3.0 kg per m².
- Grouting: after 24 hours at 23°C. Ready for movement after 48 hours at 23°C.
- Mixing: combine component B with component A, mix with a low-speed mixer at 500 to 600 rpm until the colour is uniform, then use within one hour.
- Storage: 24 months.
